Our Quad Blogging Project

This week of April 22nd, Hancock Grammar School's 8th Graders will be participating in an exciting initiative called “Quadblogging”.

Here's what this is all about: three other schools from the US and the UK are participating in this blog project. These students will read and respond to our 8th grade posts and we'l do the same on their blogs.

We're going to start with Introduction and then invite our "classmates" to read our Sestina poetry.

Our 1st Blogging school: http://gatner.edublogs.org/
Please follow the links on the right-hand sidebar of their blog. Click on a name to read that student’s blog. Feel free to leave a comment about what you liked about their writing and perhaps one thing that you would like to know about. You may want to introduce yourself, an abbreviated version of your Introduction for our Blog.

Enjoy learning about these students!

Poetry is a deal of joy and pain and wonder, with a dash of the dictionary. ~Kahlil Gibran

(Jill T.)
2. Write with respect.
3. Make a point or Post with intention...offer more than "I like this" or "Good job" as we like specific feedback.
4. Proofread.
